History

CDAG was formed as a successive entity to Cambridge Group Investments (“CGI”), established in 1990 and founded by Thomas Blasen. With a primary focus on institution clients, Cambridge as an RIA managed portfolios including traditional asset classes in equity, fixed income, and alternative investments.

CGI also operated venture and hedge entities, including Michigan’s first hedge fund. In 2000, Mr. Blasen with Cambridge developed the original bond trading platform, Bondpage. Bondpage consolidated bond inventories from over 400 dealer inventories and providing revolutionary buy side/investor access. Similarly, CreditLink provides investors with access to deal flow as well as providing companies the ability to work directly to investors to raise debt capital.
